Hi everyone,

Here is my first video blog post. In it I explain a little about how I came to my decision to go to a plant diet, challenges, what I ate on my first day, and some exceptions I'm allowing myself.

I also realized just how strange it is to watch yourself talk. It definitley looks and sounds like I have a lisp!

    Karen, I'm curious about the two documentaries that you watched. Can you talk a little bit more about them? Also, you say that dairy is bad for you. What do you mean by that? Do you attribute it to weight gain? Are you sensitive to dairy? Asking to just try to understand, not to criticize.
