Hi! I'm Karen, and later today I'm going to be uploading my first video blog post to tell you about my first day of our plant based diet, the challenges I see coming ahead, the reasons why I think this is the best way to eat for your health, and what has motivated me to give it a try. I hope you'll follow our journey as I team with my sister in law, Lydia, on this adventure. We're hoping that at the end of 30 days, we're going to feel better, have more energy, and maybe look a little bit better too ;>).
